In the nlbb app, you'll learn and practice techniques to reduce unhealthy smartphone use and replace it with healthy habits.
The app is divided into three sections:
Exercises: Short, interactive exercises teach you new techniques for healthy smartphone use in a fun way. They are designed to be short enough to fit easily into your daily routine.
Challenges: At the end of each exercise there is a challenge. This helps you to transfer what you have learned into your everyday life and to practice it.
Courses: Habits are individual and habit change should be too. That's why we've developed several courses that fit your current needs. E.g. Social Media, At Work, For Parents, Online Dating or Digital Mindfulness.
